- Leucistic, cremeino and albino are recessive — they hide in carriers, so a standard grey glider can be sitting on any of them.
- Platinum, mosaic and white face all show on a single copy, so a glider that isn't showing one isn't carrying it.
- Ruby Leu is leucistic plus cremeino: the white coat with the garnet eyes. True Platinum Mosaic is platinum plus mosaic. Both are pairings of genes you already have, so pick the parts and the calculator names the result.
- The unsettled question is whether platinum and leucistic share a locus. The sources say a platinum can carry leucistic but a leucistic can never carry platinum, which is what you'd see if they did — then call them separate genes anyway. They're crossed here as separate, and that assumption is flagged in the results.
- Caramels are a separate closed population rather than a colour, so they're recorded as a lineage. That makes this a pedigree problem more than a genetics one, the same way it is for leachianus.
- There is no Morphpedia for this species. Everything here traces to breeder sites, which is the best available and still not the same thing as a reviewed reference.

Localities
A locality is a place, not a look. It says which wild population a line descends from, and it passes down by pedigree rather than by any gene — which is why it can only be proved with records, and why a crossed line can never be uncrossed.
Traits no calculator can predict
The Pet Glider and petsugargliders.com classes these as polygenic or structural. They're real traits and they set prices, but they don't sit on a single gene, so no Punnett square predicts them. Anything quoting you a percentage for harlequin or flame is guessing.
